Business Frontier customers can report outages here the same way residential customers do — select "Business service" as the service type when you submit a report. Business outages are tracked and mapped alongside residential reports so you can see whether an outage in your area is isolated to your location or affecting the broader neighborhood, which is useful context to have before calling in a service ticket.
